Club Treasure World Sweepstakes-Official Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 6 years of age or older at time of entry (“Entrants”). Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The Club Treasure World Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes’) begins at 12:01AM CST June 26, 2009 and ends at 11:59PM CST July 31, 2009. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Void where prohibited.
2. TO ENTER: Sign up to become a member (membership is free) on the Club Treasure World website (www.clubtreasureworld.com) during the Contest Period and your e-mail address will be automatically entered. If you are under 13 years of age, you will need to provide your parent email address in the registration form. Your parent must approve the registration before you can become a member. Once the child enters the parent's email address, an account activation email is sent to the parent's email address. Your parent must activate the account before your registration is considered complete. All Sweepstakes entries become the property of Aspyr Media (“Aspyr”). All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on July 31, 2009. Aspyr's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domains associated with the submitted e-mail address.
3. CONDITIONS: Aspyr assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information or mail whether caused by website visitors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Aspyr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a computer virus, bug or other causes beyond the control of Aspyr corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Aspyr reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. SWEEPSTAKES TERMS: By participating, entrants, or their parents or legal guardians, agree to: a) these Official Rules and the decisions of Aspyr, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Aspyr, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of the aforementioned entities, from any liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize. By accepting a prize, each winner, or their parents or legal guardians, agrees to, where legal, Sponsors' and its designees' use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrants on behalf of him/herself and his/her minor child participating agree that a) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant herby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney's fees.
5. PRIZES: One (1) Prize of a Nintendo DSi and copy of Treasure World game for Nintendo DS and four (4) prizes of Treasure World game for Nintendo DS. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all qualified entries received by 11:59PM CST July 31, 2009. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winners will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to signal acceptance of the Prize by e-mail, and will be instructed whom to contact at that time. Aspyr is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, Aspyr reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize. In order to be declared an official winner, the selected Entrants will be required to complete, sign, and return to Aspyr a Declaration and Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt. If a selected entrant fails to complete, sign and return the Declaration and Release Form to Aspyr within seven (7) days, Aspyr reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that Prize. Winners are encouraged to keep the confirmation for their records until prize is received. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Aspyr, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) of comparable or great value, in its sole discretion. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. Limit one prize per family or household. Drawing will be conducted at Aspyr, or an authorized vendor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prizes will be distributed within thirty (30) days of all winners being confirmed.
6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Employees of Aspyr, its agencies, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated companies, participating advertisers and media, employees, their immediately family members and/or those living in the same household of each other are not eligible. Immediate family member is defined as husband, wife, child, mother, mother-in-law, father, father-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, brother or brother-in-law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply.
7. WINNERS LIST: The name of the prize winners can be found by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to: Aspyr Registration Sweepstakes Winners, PO Box 5861, Austin, TX, 78763. Requests must be postmarked by August 17, 2009. The winners list will be completed after all winners are determined.

Aspyr reserves the right to change Treasure Key awards at any time. Some awards will be considered redeemable while supplies last. Awards are not transferable. No award substitutions.
